Sweet Potato Balls

   If using raw sweet potatoes, peel and cook first.

   Mash sweet potatoes.

   Salt and pepper to taste.

   Make a ball of sweet potatoes in your hand and place a marshmallow in the middle.

   Make sure marshmallow is covered with sweet potato, then roll in crushed cereal or chips.

   Bake about 30 minutes in oven at 350u00b0 (marshmallows will disappear).
