Sweet Pizza With Nectarines And Blueberries

   Preheat oven to 210 degrees Celsius.

   Rinse and hull the strawberries. Place them in the bowl of a food processor. Mix them with 100 grams of sugar, rose water, and mascarpone.

   Unroll the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Prick it with a fork.

   Spread the strawberry cream over the dough, leaving a border of 1 centimeter.

   Rinse the nectarines and dry them with paper towel.

   Cut them in half, remove the pit, and cut into slices. Place the slices over the dough.

   Add the blueberries.

   Sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
