Sweet Pistachio Twists

   Combine pistachios, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.

   Unfold puff pastry, roll 18 inch thick into a 12 inch square.

   Cut pastry in half; brush with melted butter.

   Spread pistachio filling over 1/2 of each pastry length- wise; fold unspread half of pastry over filling, press down.

   Using sharp knife, cut into 3 x 3 3/4 inch strips.

   Twist strips; place on baking sheet.

   Bake at 350F (180C).

   for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
