Ingredients: 2 lb. carrots, scraped and sliced; 1 green pepper, sliced thin; 3 onions, sliced; 1/4 c. oil; 3/4 c. vinegar; 1 c. sugar; 1 can tomato soup (we substitute tomato sauce when we don't have soup); 1/2 tsp. dry mustard; 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard; salt and pepper to taste

1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar

Cook carrots in salted water until tender.

Heat oil, vinegar and sugar in pan until sugar is dissolved.
