3 tablespoons buttermilk
2 tablespoons pineapple juice, from canned pineapple
1 large egg
13 cup sliced firm banana
2 cups bread flour, plus extra if needed
3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
14 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 tablespoon sugar
13 cup flaked coconut
14 cup chopped pecans
1 12 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Place sugar and salt in bread machine.
