Add the yeast to the warm water, add a pinch of brown sugar mix and let rest for about 5 minutes

While yeast is proofing, mix the butter, milk, and egg into the bowl

After stirring the mixture well, add the brown sugar and salt until evenly blended

Add the flour one cup at a time until it becomes to hard to mix

Coat your hands with flour and dump the dough on a lightly floured surface

Knead and add flour until the dough is tacky enough to stick to itself but not your hands

Knead the dough for an additional 4-5 minutes until the dough has a bigger spring to it when poked

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes and acquire a large mixing bowl

Add the oil into the new bowl and using a napkin spread it around

Put the dough in the bowl and coat it evenly with oil

Let the dough rise for 1hr *

For butter topping mix the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl until blended

Punch down the dough and place it onto a lightly floured surface

Divide into 16 portions and roll into balls

Place onto one sheet close enough so that when they rise and cook, they will stick together (See photo) and let rise for 20-30minutes

Bake in a 375 Deg. Oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned

Brush butter on top and serve
