2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoons oil

1-2 tablespoons oil, extra

COMBINE the VEGEMITE, sweet chilli sauce, oil, lime and garlic in a bowl, add the pork strips and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

LIFT the pork from the marinade and reserve the marinade.

Heat half the oil in a wok and stir fry the pork for 2-3 minutes until browned then remove from the wok.

HEAT the remaining oil in the wok and stir fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes until just tender, then return the pork to the wok with the reserved marinade.

Bring to the boil then simmer a further 2-3 minutes.

Spoon over rice in serving bowls.

Serve immediately.
