Sweet and Spicy Pepper Steak

   Season meat to your liking and add to the bottom of your crock pot.

   Cut peppers into cubes, slice onion and add on top of the meat along with mushrooms.

   Add beef stock.

   Set on high for 4 hrs.

   Add cornstarch and stir 30 mins prior to being done to thicken gravy.
