3 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. salad oil
2 slices ginger, crushed
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. water
1 c. pineapple chunks, drained

Marinate spareribs in shoyu, cornstarch, salt and sherry for 10 minutes.
