1 Tbsp. shortening

1 large green pepper, cut in strips
1 c. sliced celery
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 c. Dr. Pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 (No. 2) cans pineapple chunks

Have pork shoulder sliced 1/4-inch thick.
