2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons tomato sauce
6 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ cup water
1 egg white
2 tablespoons oil
12 green capsicum (chopped)
1 white onion
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons flour
