Shape grnd beef into about 60 small meatballs.

Mix Large eggs, flour, salt and pepper together.

Roll meatballs in batter mix and fry in warm oil till nicely browned.

Remove meatballs from skillet and set aside.

Throw away all but 1 1/2 Tbsp.

of oil from skillet.

Add in bouillon, diced green pepper and pineapple chunks.

Cover skillet and cook at medium heat setting for 10 min.

Combine remaining ingredients and add in to skillet, stirring constantly till mix comes to a boil and thickens.

Add in meatballs and simmer for 15 min.

Season to taste and serve.
