Sweet-And-Sour Meatballs

   mix together, egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt and Worcestershire sauce.

   crumble beef over mixture.

   mix well.

   shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.

   in a skillet, cook meatballs until no longer pink, turning often.

   remove and set aside.

   drain.

   for sauce, combine brown sugar and cornstarch in a skillet.

   stir in pineapple with juice, vinegar and soy sauce.

    bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

    reduce heat.

    cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.

    add pepper.

    cover and simmer until tender, about 5 minutes.

    return neatballs to skillet and heat through.
