Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf

   Beat egg.

   Add onion and pepper (chopped fine).

   Add bread after breaking into small pieces.

   Add hamburger, salt and black pepper and mix well.

   In small bowl mix vinegar, sugar, mustard, tomato puree and water until sugar is dissolved.

   Pour 1/4 mixture over meat.

   Shape into loaf.

   Bake in a 350u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until done.

   When done, remove from oven; pour off excess fat and pour remaining tomato mixture over meat.

    Return to oven for a few minutes.
