Sweet And Sour Chicken

   Cut chicken breast into size preferences and season wit garlic and ginger seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Grill on a preheated pan rubbed with olive oil. Set cooked pieces aside.

   To make sauce, add all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer until sauce thickens.

   Add chicken to coat.

   To serve, add rice and quinoa to plate as your bed. Top with steamed veggies, grated raw carrot, then chicken in sauce.
