Sweet and Savory Turkey Stew

   Brown 6 oz of ground turkey in 2 tsp canola oil and some cooking spray.

   Add 1 small chopped onion and 1 minced clove of garlic and cook until soft.

   Then add 1 cup canned tomatoes, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1 tbsp sugar.

   1 tbsp cider vinegar, 1 small apple cut up in small pieces, 1 small banana sliced, 1 tsp apricot preserves.

   Simmer about 30 minutes.
