In a bowl, mix the flours and 1 tsp salt. Add the butter in small pieces and blend. Add the milk and knead into a smooth dough. Add 1-2 tbsp water if the dough is too dry.

Preheat the oven to 375u00b0F. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each piece out very thinly. Cut 40 4 inch circles out of the dough, then a 1 inch circle out of the middle of each circle. Re-roll any leftover dough and repeat until it has all been used.
