Ingredients: 1 lb Boneless chicken breast, trimmed and cut into bite size chunks; 3 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce, or substitute; 1 tbsp Olive oil; 3 tsp Honey or agave syrup; 1/4 cup Garlic powder; 2 tbsp White, untoasted sesame seeds (or to taste); 1 pinch Black pepper; 1 pinch Ground ginger; 1 pinch Ground cinnamon; 2 cup Whole wheat flour (or regular flour); 1 tsp Minced garlic; 1 as needed Coconut oil for cooking chicken

Servings: persons

1 lb Boneless chicken breast, trimmed and cut into bite size chunks
3 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce, or substitute
1 tbsp Olive oil
3 tsp Honey or agave syrup
1/4 cup Garlic powder
2 tbsp White, untoasted sesame seeds (or to taste)
1 pinch Black pepper
1 pinch Ground ginger
1 pinch Ground cinnamon
2 cup Whole wheat flour (or regular flour)
1 tsp Minced garlic
1 as needed Coconut oil for cooking chicken

Combine all ingredients except for the chicken, minced garlic, coconut oil, and flour in a bowl.

You can add more pepper, ground ginger, and ground cinnamon to taste.

Coat chicken with flour and set aside

In a large skillet add small amount of Coconut oil (about a tsp to a tbsp), minced garlic and chicken.

Brown the chicken lightly on medium to medium high heat.

After the chicken is cooked add the sauce.

Stir the sauce around the chicken and cook for a few minutes on medium to low heat.

Don't let sauce boil it thickens very quickly.
