   Pour the entire bag of chocolate chips into a microwavable bowl. Pour the milk over the chocolate and put the bowl in the microwave for 3 minutes or until melted.

   Mix the peanut butter in with the chocolate mixture. Mix until completely smooth and combined, with no lumps of peanut butter.
