Swedish Meatballs

   Soak crumbs in cream, then add rest of ingredients; mix thoroughly until smooth.

   Shape into small balls about 1 inch. Fry in butter or olive oil until evenly brown or bake at 350u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.

   Drain oil from meatballs, then cover, about half, with a good dry white wine, simmering at a low heat until most of the wine is boiled away.

   Serve hot or cold.
