1 c. hot water

1 onion, chopped

1 head cabbage
1 Tbsp. butter

Combine beef, pork, rice, sugar, onion, salt and pepper.

Wilt cabbage leaves by placing in boiling water for a few minutes. Place about 1/2 cup of mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll up securely.
