Sushi Rice Seasoning

   Soak the sushi rice for at least 30 minutes in cold water

   Rinse in clean, cold water

   Mix together 3 cups of water per cup of sushi rice and cook until water disappears

4. 4

   Mix all the seasoning ingredients together in a small bowl

   Add to the sushi rice and mix

   When rolling, place the nori shiny side down with the lines running across the mat
