Surprise Peanut Butter Pie

   Add enough powdered sugar to peanut butter to make it crumbly; set aside.

   Mix all ingredients.

   Cook on medium heat while stirring with whisk.

   Cook until very thick.

   In the bottom of baked pie shell, add the peanut butter (save enough for top of pie and meringue).

   Pour in filling and sprinkle more peanut butter mixture.

   Pour beaten meringue on pie and sprinkle with peanut butter mixture.

   Brown in 400u00b0 oven.
