Superb Sweet Boule Made with a Rich Dough

   Make the dough in the bread maker up to the first proofing.

   This is a rather rich dough, so it will look like this at first, but it will eventually ball up.

   Make the cookie batter while you wait.

   Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and vigorously mix.

   Mix it until the margarine granules have disappeared.

   Put the batter into a piping bag to squeeze it on top of the bread dough.

   After the dough is done, place it on your working space sprinkled with flour.

   Divide each piece into 40 g and roll it up.

    Cover with plastic wrap let it rest for 20 minutes.

    Roll the dough again into balls and drop into molds.

    Let rise in a warm location for 40~50 minutes.

    It is good to go once it has slightly increased in size.

    Squeeze the cookie batter on top of the dough.

    Bake in an oven preheated to 190C for 15 minutes.

    I only used about half of the dough, so I stored the leftovers in the freezer.

    Let it thaw naturally in the fridge when using it.
