In your first bowl, mix the entire pudding package and the 2 cups of milk. Let the mixture sit while you prepare the second mixture.

I use my standing mixer, but I'm sure a hand mixer would work just as well. In a large mixing bowl, mix the entire package of cream cheese, whole can of sweetened, condensed milk, vanilla, bananas and nutmeg/cinnamon until blended completely. Fold pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture. Finally, gently fold entire container of whipped cream into the pudding/ cream cheese mixture. The filling should be fuffy and dense.

In a cute trifle bowl or punch bowl, layer the Chessman cookies and the filling, lasagna style. When you've used all the ingredients, crumble a couple of the cookies over top of the pudding. The bananas can tend to turn into brown specks throughout the pudding if not blended enough into the cream cheese mixture.

I have used banana cream pudding mix in place of the French vanilla, and it is still wonderful! Very rich and yummy and oh soo worth it. Enjoy!
