Preheat oven to 350 F.

Take the package of sausage (can be mild or hot depending on your heat preference) and put it in a large mixing bowl.

Add cheese and mix it all together.

(I used a block of cheese and grated it and I found that it dried it out a little bit, but they were still good!)

Also mix in the cup of Bisquick and Worcestershire sauce until all of it is meshed together.

If you like a little heat like we do in our house then sprinkle in a few drops of Tabasco.

If you dont think that that will spice it up for you enough, feel free to take a few diced jalapenos throw them in your food processor and pulse for a second or two.

Roll the mixture into 1-inch sized balls and place on a rimmed baking sheet or casserole dish.

Place in the oven to cook for 20-25 minutes, enough time to paint your toes or read a chapter or two in Fifty Shades of Grey ...

The tops should have just started to brown and thats when I can tell if theyre done.

They turn out very moist and hold together quite well.

If you want them a little crispier, cook a little longer.
