2 1/2 c. cranberries
grated rind of 1 orange
2 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. orange juice
4 Tbsp. hot water

Mix dry ingredients in bowl and add orange rind.

Put in 2 greased bread pans and bake at 350u00b0 for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Wrap in wax paper while hot and put in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
