1 cup Sour cream
2 Egg

Put together all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.

Add the sour cream and all purpose cream and continue mixing.

Put in the egg, vanilla extract and vegetable oil.

Lastly, add the hot water and make sure to mix well.
