Super Easy Taco Salad

   in a fairly large skillet fry up the turkey burger until well done. add the kidney beans, the taco seasoning, water and onion. Bring to a simmer. When done put meat mixture in freezer for quick cooling time. Next we start the salad, In a Large bowl add the lettuce, chopped up tomatoes, cheese, some crushed up doritoes (not the whole bag, save some for your plate) set aside until the meat mixture is cool. Once the meat mixture is cool add it to your salad mixture...add the doritoes and the dressing. Stir up really good. Let your guests plate their own. We put doritoes on bottom, then salad, then a dollop of sour cream to top it all off!! ENJOY!!
