Super Easy Chewy Homemade Pasta without a Machine

   In a bowl, combine the cake flour and bread flour really well, and move it to a working surface (or a large cutting board).

   Make a dome-shaped well in the center of the dry ingredients mound, and add the egg, salt, and olive oil into it.

   Use a fork to beat the egg first and start blending with the other ingredients around it.

   Incorporate flour from the sides of the well and mix it with a fork.

   Once it is well-mixed, knead it with your hand.

   Once the dough is kneaded evenly, becomes as soft as your earlobe, and comes together to form a ball, cover it with a well wrung out towel and let it sit for 30 minutes.

   After 30 minutes, roll the dough out evenly until it is about 2 mm thick with a rolling pin.

   Cut it to the desired size and it is done.

   Boil the noodles while loosening the pieces, mix them with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
