add the egg , lemon extract, and vanilla extract, beat till mixed well

in a small bowl mix the dry ingredients but not the cereal.mix well.

add to sugar mixture beat together well.

by spoon full drop on cookie sheet 2 inches apart

bake at 375F ,ur oven should be preheated.bake for 8 minutes to 10 minutes only .they are done take out of oven let set 3 minutes, then put cookies on wire rack to cool.
