Sunday Rolls (Icebox)

   Let milk, sugar and shortening come almost to a boil.

   Let cool to lukewarm.

   While cooling, add yeast to lukewarm water.

   When 1st mixture is warm, add yeast mixture.

   Add enough flour to make a batter (like cake batter).

   Set aside for 2 hours to let rise. Then add salt, baking powder, soda and enough flour make a dough that you can handle (not too much).

   Put in large bowl and put in refrigerator or make rolls and let rise 2 hours before baking. Bake at 450u00b0 to 475u00b0 until done.
