Sun-Butter Cookies

   preheat oven to 350F

   mix sunflower butter, sugar, and egg together.

   roll into 1 inch balls, and place on greased cookie sheet.

   flatten with a fork.

   bake for 10-20 minutes, until golden brown.

   try not to burn

   try adding 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, craisins, or sunflower seeds to the batter for something extra.
