Ingredients: 2 large potatoes; 3 Long stem onions; 1 tbsp butter; 2 stems of fresh chopped dill; 1/2 tsp basil; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp paprika; 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella; 1/2 cup sharp cheddar; 1 tbsp cream cheese; 2 pinch season all salt; 1 shredded mozzarella; 1 shredded sharp cheddar; 2 pinch paprika; 1 sour cream

Servings: persons

2 large potatoes
3 Long stem onions
1 tbsp butter
2 stems of fresh chopped dill
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup sharp cheddar
1 tbsp cream cheese
2 pinch season all salt
1 shredded mozzarella
1 shredded sharp cheddar
2 pinch paprika
1 sour cream

Cube the potatoes, roughly 1in thick.

Boil cubes until tender (speeds up cook time) - or just use raw, but requires double baking time.

Drain and transfer cubes to mixing bowl

Add in season mix ingredients, give potatoes a few tosses.

(If you precooked cubes, mixing too much will break apart cubes and make them mushy)

Transfer to baking dish

Top it off, pre-bake ingredients

Bake at 375 for 15-20min
