Name: Sugarless Cookies

Ingredients: 1 c. raisins; 1/2 c. chopped dates; 1/2 c. chopped apples; 1/2 c. unsalted oleo (Fleischmann's); 4 egg whites; 3 tsp. liquid sweetener; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 tsp. soda; 1 c. flour; 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Boil with 1 cup water the raisins, dates and apples.

Use all the water.

Do not drain.

Boil 3 minutes; add oleo, then cool. Add beaten egg whites, sweetener, vanilla, soda and flour.

Add nuts last.

Mix well.

Refrigerate until chilled.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a well Pam sprayed cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350u00b0.

Refrigerate in an airtight container to store.
