Ingredients: 2 sticks oleo; 2 c. white sugar; 4 c. plain flour; 1 c. oil (Wesson or Crisco); 1 tsp. cream of tartar; 1 tsp. soda; 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring; 1 tsp. lemon extract; 2 eggs; pinch of salt

Cream oleo, oil and sugar.

Add well beaten eggs.

Roll ball of dough about size of a quarter.

Then press down with glass bottom which has been dipped in cold water (for first cookie only), then dip in white sugar for each cookie.
