Sugar Cookies

   Mix the oil, margarine, eggs, sugars and vanilla.

   Add the flour, salt, cream of tartar and soda.

   Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

   Make into balls and bake (if you want to, dust with granulated sugar).

   Or you can roll out and cut out with cookie cutters, just add 1/2 cup more flour.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 10 minutes.
