Stuffed Zucchini

   Wash and trim off ends of zucchini; cook in microwave 7 minutes.

   Cut in half lengthwise; scoop out the centers and chop. Cook sausage, onion and celery until meat is done; drain.

   Stir in croutons, 1/2 the cheese and the chopped zucchini.

   Mound mixture in zucchini shells.

   Microwave on High 5 minutes (turn halfway through cooking time).

   Top with remaining cheese and microwave 1 minute.
