Stuffed Peppers

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add meat; cook 5 to 7 min.

   or until cooked through, stirring frequently.

   Drain.

   Return meat to skillet.

   Add rice, 1/2 cup of the cheese, peas and sofrito until well blended.

   Spoon evenly into pepper halves; place on foil-lined baking sheet.

   Bake 20 min.

    ; sprinkle with cheese.

    Continue baking 5 min.

    or until cheese is melted.
