Ingredients: 6 sweet peppers(red,orange,yellow); 1 lb ground beef; 2 cup rice, cooked; 1 can tomatoes, crushed; 1 onion, chopped; 1 tbsp garlic, minced; 3 packages sazon goya seasoning; 1 tsp adobo seasoning; 2 tbsp butter/margerine; 1 can beef broth; 3 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

6 sweet peppers(red,orange,yellow)
1 lb ground beef
2 cup rice, cooked
1 can tomatoes, crushed
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, minced
3 packages sazon goya seasoning
1 tsp adobo seasoning
2 tbsp butter/margerine
1 can beef broth
3 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

Cut tops of peppers off and clean out the inside

Brown the ground beef

Sautee onion, tomato and garlic in olive oil for approx.

Bring beef broth and water (half/half) to a boil.

Add minute rice.

Drain rice when cooked.

Add 2 packets of sazon goya and butter/margerine

Add sauteed veggies to browned ground beef.

Mix rice in with ground beef

Stuff each pepper and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each.

Place peppers in deep cake pan with a little water on the bottom of the pan.

Cover with foil.

Cook on 300 F for 1 hour
