Wash mushrooms, remove stem from each cap by twisting.

Arrange caps, stem-side-up, in 3-quart (13 x 9-inch) glass baking dish; set aside.

Chop stems fine.

Place stems, onions and butter in medium glass mixing bowl.

Microwave for 3 minutes on Roast or until onions are tender.

Stir in sour cream; add cream cheese. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes, on Roast, or until cream cheese is softened; stir well.

Divide mixture into four (6-ounce) custard cups.

Stir ingredients from one of the variations into each cup. Fill mushrooms caps with one of the cream mixtures.

Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes on Roast, or until hot.
