Stuffed Jalapenos

   Cut the tops off the pepper and carefully extract the pepper guts, leaving the rest of the jalapeno intact.

   Or take the top off and slice them in half.

   Take out the seeds and discard.

   Mix remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender.

5. 5

   Put mixture in a pastry stuffer and fill jalapenos.

   Chill if desired.
