Thaw dough according to package.

Place dough in bowl and cover with a little oil.

Cover bowl with a light towel and let rise in warm place for about 4 hours.

Layer Provolone and pepperoni, then roll up tight like a jelly roll. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet and tuck in ends. Bake at 350u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until light brown on top. Let cool and slice into 1-inch sections.
