Raise bread dough according to directions on package.

Cut dough in half after it has risen.

Set 1/2 aside.

Beat 1 egg with 1 teaspoon of water, pepper and oregano.

Spread the egg mixture on top of rolled dough, layer with pepperoni and approximately 6 slices of Provolone and 4 slices of American cheese.

Sprinkle some oregano on top of pepperoni and cheese, then start rolling dough from any side.

Brush some of the egg mixture on top of the bread dough.

The egg mixture will give the bread a golden top.

Bake at 350u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes until the top is a golden color. Repeat all of the steps for the 1/2 dough that was set aside.
