I have also used Pillsbury Pizza Doughbut I *prefer* bread dough.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

First, take the *thawed* bread dough and flatten and punch down and pull to get a 1/3 thick, long rectangular sheet of dough.

Looks like a thin cookie sheet.

On top of dough sheet, cover with provolone slicesbut not overlapping them.

Layer the provolone with pepperoni slices, careful in not overlapping them.

Sprinkle on the pepper salad and olives.

Roll the way you would a jelly roll and seal and pinch close with wet finger tips.

Place on a greased cookie sheet.

Mix egg white and milk and rub on top of loaf.
