   Chill 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese,

   1/4 cup sugar, milk until smooth, fold in Cool

   Whip, spread

   into crust.

    Prepare chocolate pudding as directed on box. Pour over cream cheese layer.

    Chill several hours.

    Spread 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip over pudding; garnish with nuts.
