Strawberry Vinaigrette

   Wash, hull and cut in half strawberries.

   Place strawberries in a blender, cover and process until blended.

   While processing, gradually add vinegar and oil in a steady stream; process until thickened

   Add sugar and process until blended

   Stir in poppyseed

   Transfer to a large bowl or jar

   Cover and store in the refrigerator.

   Will last approximately 1 week in the refrigerator
