Strawberry Tiramisu

   Beat the mascarpone, cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of the sugar and the vanilla seeds with an electric mixer until smooth. Toss the strawberries with the remaining 1 tbsp sugar and chopped leaves from 2 sprigs of mint.

   Whisk the cocoa powder and milk in a shallow bowl. Dip in 1/2 of the ladyfingers and divide among 4 dessert glasses.

   Layer with 3-4 tbsp of mascarpone mixture, 2-3 tbsp of strawberry mixture and 3-4 tbsp of mascarpone mixture. Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the chocolate milk. Place in the glasses then layer with the remaining mascarpone and strawberries. Sprinkle with remaining chopped mint leaves.
