Remove stem from each strawberry and cut into quarters. Place in medium bowl. Sprinkle sugar and lemon juice over strawberries. Toss with a rubber spatula and set aside.

Allow biscuits to cool for 5 minutes. Using a serrated knife, cut biscuits in half. Layer each with a dollop of whipped cream followed by a spoonful of strawberries. Place biscuit top over and another spoonful of strawberries over top. Serve immediately.
