Strawberry Shortcake

   Preheat oven to 450u00b0.

   Grease baking sheet.

   Stir flour, powder and salt together in bowl.

   Using 2 knifes or pastry blender, cut butter into flour mixture.

   Stir in milk, forming soft dough.

   Roll dough on floured surface to 3/4-inch thickness.

   Cut rounds with biscuit cutter.

   Place on cookie sheet.

   Brush tops with milk. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until light brown.

    Slice and sweeten berries to taste.

    Split each biscuit in half; cover with berries.

    Top with whipped cream.

    Garnish with whole berries.
